Coaching Supervision with Head, Heart and Soul
A WHOLE PERSON, WHOLE SYSTEM APPROACH to deepening essential skills, expanding contextual understanding and fostering the unique personal qualities of the Coaching Supervisor in practice.
In September 2022, we launch a new professional Coaching Supervision programme. It is aimed at would be supervisors: those independent or organisational coaching practitioners with a minimum of 3 years coaching experience who wish to deepen their practice whilst developing a whole person, whole system approach to supervisory work and relationship.
Facilitated by Oasis Co-Director Marion Ragaliauskas and long-standing Oasis Associate and founding member of the Association for Coaching, Benita Treanor. Together they bring over 60 years of experience of working in the field of human relations, as one to one, group and organisational development practitioners, and decades of experience as supervisors of developmental processes and practice. We are working with The Association for Coaching to make this an accredited programme.
We are currently taking expressions of interest for this 10 day, in person programme which begins in early September 2022, with a maximum of 12 participants.
