We have been delivering coaching courses for many years. We work in partnership with your organisation if you are wanting to cultivate a collaborative and coaching culture. We offer our coaching courses to develop your in house coaching skills; especially for leaders and managers motivated to add brilliant coaching to the ways they lead.
We are also able to offer executive coaching services to organisations where qualified, external, and independent support is required to sustain the quality of leadership and talent within your organisation.
Coaching for practitioners
We also work with individuals who want to develop as practitioners whose core work is supporting the development of others. We work with HR, L&D and Change practitioners as well as leaders and managers who want to deepen the impact they have with their team’s development.
We also support a large community of freelance and self-employed coaches who are running their own businesses offering coaching and development work to their clients.
