Following a career break to raise her family she has embarked upon a career in one-to-one development and holds an MSc in Coaching and Mentoring at Sheffield Hallam University. Her dissertation explored the transformational impact of a Whole Person Learning approach to coaching and mentoring in an organisational setting.
Carole-Ann has been with Oasis since 2011. She is a co-facilitator on the Real Leaders programme and the Coaching and Mentoring with Head, Heart and Soul programme.

My personal journey towards self-employment has given me first-hand experience of making a significant career transition. I have found the process uplifting, enlightening and at times scary.
In her spare time Carole-Ann enjoys spending time with her family and she has a love of the countryside and outdoor pursuits such as walking in the Dales. She enjoys running and uses the time as an opportunity for self-coaching, being fully aware of what it means to go the extra mile!
