Oasis have worked for over 30 years with a variety of organisations, business schools and educational establishments to lead on developmental work which champions working, leading and living in a sustainable way.  It is important to our culture that we are continuously learning and so we surround ourselves with bright clever beings and organisations such that we can learn from each other and pioneer new ways of working and living.

Oasis is proud to be one of the pioneering partners of the Globally Responsible Leadership Initiative, founded by the UN Global Compact and European Foundation for Management Development. The GRLI holds and facilitates an inclusive and collective call for deep systemic change across three domains: how we live and make a living, how we learn, and how we lead. Learn more about our call to action and the role of GRLI in catalysing ideas and initiatives at the interface between education, business and society.

Through the GRLI we work in partnership with over 70 global companies, international business schools and centres of learning. Our Whole Person Learning approach to globally responsible leadership has been integrated into the development of future business leaders.

We have contributed to international publications on Whole Person Learning and collaboration. We also undertake consultancy, development processes and inquiry projects across the world.

Throughout the year we have a series of international guest programmes and salon events, where you can explore future thinking and new solutions to navigating change.
